Hailee had just woken up from her nap so she looks really tired and has extra crazy hair. But, this is her favorite way to sit on the potty.
We have been potty training Hailee and she is doing such a good job. She started taking her diaper off and so it was finally time for no more diapers. She only wears a diaper at night now. We are so happy to finally only have one in diapers again $$! Sometimes Leo has to join in on all the excitement too. He is such a funny little boy and wants to do everything just like Hailee.

i wanted to start Kaden but he does not care at all! It is like he is almost scared of the toilet! I am so sick of 2 in diapers though! HELP!
Everyone is so different, we started with a little potty that Hailee picked out it is a frog and we let her pick out her big girl panties too. IDK if that helped or not. We didn't do pull ups at all I think they would just feel like a diaper and be confusing. Plus everyone says boys are harder than girls so he might not be ready yet. I do hear ya on the 2 on diapers it bites. Staci and your mom should be pros by now. Do they have any advice on little boys I will be needing it soon too.
