My Nana came to visit and we had a great visit with her. This was her first time meeting Leo and she hadn't seen Hailee since she was 5 months. My oh my did she spoil the kids I think the whole time she was her she was holding one or the other. It took Hailee a bit to warm up and by the time she did it was time for Nana to go leaving Hailee in tears!!
I accidentally pored way to many bubbles into Hailee's bath and it was overflowing with bubbles. She loved it of course. Poor Leo had to miss out but he still smiled!
Tom took Hailee on the carousel, she loved it!!
Hailee had such a long day she fell asleep in the car like this.
I just love the summers here in California. We are always getting to go and do exciting things outside. Thins weekend we went down to the Santa Monica Pier and met up with my cousin Candace and her husband Anthony.
We got to feed the Giraffes. This was a really neat experience. Her tong was huge, really hard and sand papery.
Tom had Monday off so we headed up to the Santa Barbra zoo! It was a lot of fun not to mention the weather was perfect since it is right on the beach. Hailee loved all the animals and thought they were all doggies. I couldn't count how many times she pointed and said "dogie?". Santa Barbra is so pretty Tom and I really enjoy driving up there for the day.

Leo is growing so fast. He can roll over from his back to his tummy and this makes him very upset because he can't roll himself back yet. Leo loves to suck his thumb (oh no we are in trouble), he smiles lots and is actually becoming a very happy baby, which is nice since he was crabby at first.

I thought this goofy one of Tom and me turned out really cute.
I thought a lot of pictures turned out really cute so I couldn't choose just a few. Hailee really enjoyed the fireworks (a lot more than last year). She would say ooohhh pretty everytime one would go off. On the way home from the show more would go off around us and she would get so excited, it was really cute.
So this is my first attempt at a project in a while. Leo's room is done in all baseball stuff and I wanted to have his name match his room so I found these cardboard letters at Michaels and scrapbook paper I thought would look good. I just painted the letters, traced the paper, cut it out, and modge podged it on. How do you think it turned out? Hailee's name is next!
I just had to show off Hailee's crazy girl hair. It is getting so wild and curly, I wish she would still let me do cute little pig tails but I guess she is to big for that.
Yeah!! Finally we went to the beach. We have been waiting all summer and we finally made it out. We had a blast!! Hailee loved digging in the sand and seeing all the kids. Leo wasn't to fond of the cold wind, but maybe next time it will be warmer and more sunny.
Hailee loves to play dress up already and tries on all of our clothes.
Hailee has developed a crzy silly personality and loves to make us smile and laugh.
Wow, it is so crazy how the time flys. In only 6 more months Hailee is going to be 2!!! It seems like we just celebrated her 1st birthday. In the last few months Hailee has really developed a little personality. She is very girly, loves to wear dresses (cries when she has to wear pants), wants to put on make up (and knows how), loves shoes, brushing her hair. Hailee is very independent and likes to do everything on her own. She absolutely loves her little brother and is always kissing him, giving him big hugs and trying to share her milk with him. Hailee is still really tall and supper skinny. She is 34 1/4 inches tall and weighs in at only 24 lbs and 14 oz.

The Bellagio is my favorite hotel, something about it just makes it seem so classy.
We went inside and they had these beautiful blown glass flowers all over the ceiling.
Hailee kept saying pretty.
They had so much to see inside. If you go to Vegas you really got to check it out, it is a beautiful hotel.
Ceasars Palace is Tom's favorite Hotel.
Hailee loved all of the fountains. We walked through their shopping center where we probably couldn't even afford a pair of socks.
